Parnell Motley Named Big 12 Conference Player of the Week

A win over Oklahoma State always feels good for Sooners fans throughout Oklahoma, but an extra award never hurts either.  For his efforts in Bedlam, OU defensive back Parnell Motley was named the Big 12 Conference’s Player of the Week, helping lead the Sooners to the eventual 34-16 victory.  Motley finished the game with 6 tackles and 2 forced fumbles, while also intercepting a pass, all while aiding in holding OSU to more than 100 yards under their season averages on offense.  The Big 12 Conference highlighted Motley on their social media page earlier this week:
